We are not affiliated with or in partnership with any of the Designer brands listed on our website/social media.
We do however guarantee that our merchandise, new & pre-owned is 100% authentic or your money back.
HOW CAN I BE SURE YOUR ITEMS ARE AUTHENTIC?
We guarantee all listed items are 100% authentic and genuine. In the event of proven misrepresentation, an order can be cancelled and a refund issued.
If in doubt, we consult with global authority, Real Authentication, prior to making our merchandise available for purchase.
IN WHAT CONDITION IS YOUR MERCHANDISE?
All faults are as described (e.g pre-owned, damaged, brand new, light/heavy scratches, torn etc.) & this indication clearly on description and/or photographs.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Dispatch is usually within 48 hours of payment clearance depending on the contents. Parcels get shipped from Monday to Friday (except weekends & public holidays).
I’VE CHANGED MY MIND – CAN I GET A REFUND?
Should you have a change of heart, a credit note will be issued but there are unfortunately no cash refunds (except in the event of proven misrepresentation).
